Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Goldenrapic. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our return policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Email us at info@goldenrapic.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • After receiving the Return Authorization Number, package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that were included with your order.
    • Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the package.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us unless the item is defective, damaged, or the return is due to our error.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered. Goldenrapic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@goldenrapic.com. We will guide you through the process. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@goldenrapic.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged items. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • If a replacement is requested, we will ship the new item(s) at no additional cost to you.
  • If a refund is issued, we will process it to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns initiated for reasons other than defects or damage, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you are returning a product for an exchange, the customer is also responsible for any shipping fees associated with sending the exchanged item(s) back to them.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) without tracking.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account to confirm whether the refund has been posted.
  2. If the refund has not been received after a reasonable period, please contact us at info@goldenrapic.com.
